HOW TO BOOK

Settle on a date suitable with your party and call 02 9808 6333 for availability or email the booking department on bookings@paintball.com.au and will get back to you ASAP.

On weekends you may book from 1-150 players! Weekday games can be arranged by appointment, please contact our booking office to enquire. Groups of 30 or more players may also play separately.

As bookings are subject to availability be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. We're open 7.30am to 3.00pm. Game play outside of these hours will be considered by prior arrangement with the booking office.

BOOKING DEPOSITS

Deposits for each player attending your paintball day are due at the time of making your booking, however for large group bookings and/or for bookings made well in advance we will be flexible in working with you to allow sufficient opportunity to pay the required deposit. Please understand however that your booking is not secured and confirmed until you have paid a deposit for each person attending.

The Adventure Quest Paintball Skirmish central booking office can be contacted by calling 02 9808 6333.

Our friendly staff shall advise you of the final date to pay your deposit as well as the total amount of deposit required to secure your booking. It is your responsibility to complete payment by the allocated date. Failure to make payment by agreed times may result in those places being allocated to other persons willing to complete the booking process without delay.

Deposits can be finalized in one of the following ways:

* Over the phone using any major credit card*;

* Make a direct deposit at the ANZ bank (in person or via the internet) to using the following account details.

If making payment in this manner please use your surname and date of play as a deposit reference. e.g. SMITH1406 would mean that your surname is SMITH and you are playing on the 14th of June.

* Mail a cheque or money order, made payable to AQPS, to our office located at 1/980 Victoria Rd, West Ryde, NSW, 2114. If you make payment by cheque or money order please endorse the rear of same with the booking name and date of booking so we may confirm your attendance when funds clear.

* Attend our central booking office in person and make payment by cash, cheque / money order or credit card*. Refunds will only be made for cancellations received seven clear days prior to the booked date and will attract a 15% service/admin fee.

Deposits not received by AQPS or any deposit where the funds have not cleared by the agreed date may also result in cancellation of your booking Players not attending on the date booked will forfeit their Deposit.

* 3% Administration fee applies to all credit card transactions.
